METHODOLOGY

During the first stage of a renovation, our experienced staff will prepare a rigorous timetable / project plan, which at the same time supports the safety of the construction and the staff. This will allow for the delivery of even the smallest intervention in the shortest possible time, so that the workspace can be released quickly for further utilization. The project plan is monitored and reviewed at regular intervals (project monitoring & revisioning), according to the particular needs of each project, but also according to local conditions.

The setup of the construction site is followed by the dismantling of the elements that will be replaced, such as the floors, old tiles, frames, kitchen cabinets and, in general, the existing carpentry, etc.

If the new configuration requires it, demolition of elements (masonry, etc.) is carried out with all that it entails regarding infrastructure: transport or new electrical “lines”, plumbing (water and / or sewerage), refrigeration piping, etc. This is done with particular consideration as to whether the demolished elements are load-bearing and the static adequacy of the building is not affected. In such cases, competent, static experts, and engineers from our team will examine your requirements and suggest alternatives or suggest appropriate reinforcements.

Dismantled and demolished products are loaded onto trucks and / or in suitable bins and are always transported and disposed of at approved disposal sites, in accordance with applicable legislation for the management of building materials from new construction, demolition and building renovation work, and obligations for alternative management of demolition materials (AEKK).
